THE BLUEPRINT is a 12 week comprehensive online program offered by Clara O'Connor Fitness, Yoga & Wellbeing. With over 15 years experience in the industry, Clara has used her wealth of knowledge & experience over the years seeing what has worked well for clients, what hasn't worked, and what is missing to build this program. This program is uniquely designed to empower participants to take control of not just their fitness & nutrition - but also their overall wellbeing. On completion of this program you will have both the knowledge & the power to stay on this new path & maintain your results for life. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will follow a unique structure where we will build from the ground up. Forget everything you think you know about nutrition & fitness. Wipe the slate clean. Let's cut through the BS and create a solid foundation of not only practical knowledge on all topics female health related but also self worth, self belief and an infinitely more balanced, long term sustainable approach to reaching your goals & maintaining them when you get there.
